Cancellation and Refund Policy
Duckyhub.in understands that customers may want to cancel their orders due to inadvertent error while placing orders or sudden change in plans . As most of the orders on Duckyhub.in are of Personalized nature and are processed immediately on receipt , the customer understands that an order may be Cancelled only if the valid Payment has been received and the Processing of the order has not reached a stage where Duckyhub.in has already committed the product to Personalize . Such Cancellation will be processed promptly and Amount received will be refunded in 2 working days without any deductions. The customer agrees to respecting the decision of Duckyhub.in in this regard. Orders received without valid payment will be Cancelled automatically unless the same have been accepted for Cash On Delivery service.
Customers appreciate that our products are of personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence Duckyhub.in accepts Returns and Refunds if they meet the following criterion.
Duckyhub.in values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage or any other shortcoming from our side , every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming. Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by team Duckyhub.in .
